PureVanity doesn’t issue refunds, only store credits. Please contact us at teampurevanity@gmail.com, items must be unworn and unwashed and must be sent back to us the following business day after your email and no longer than 3 days after you’ve received your item(s). Items must be returned at the customers expense and we recommend you obtain proof of postage. Failure to do so can result in PureVanity not being able to process your request. We reserve the right not to credit you for your exchange in the event you’re not in compliance with our returns or exchange policy.
